Where is the best place to live in Canada; Montreal, Quebec, Nova Scotia, or Vancouver?

My fiance and I are looking for an area that is family friendly. We enjoy nature and are homebodies but every once and a while we like to party. We are also passionate about business and want to live in an environment that allows us to grow in that profession. In your opinion, what is the best area for our personalities?

Am I Being Unfair ? My husband wants to go to UFC in Montreal …..?

He wants to go in December and meet up with friends and it will pretty much be a party for four days. At first he said that I was invited too but I will be nearly five months pregnant so there is really nothing for me to do and I haven’t felt the greatest the first half of my pregnancy so who knows how I will feel by then besides I don’t think its safe to be around a bunch of rowdy drunk people when I am pregnant…who knows what will happen.

I don’t think he should consider going alone to party with his friends either…I don’t think its fair or responsible for a father to be…wait for the next one so I can come too.

Am I being unfair by thinking this way? I am trying not to let my pregnancy hormones do my thinking for me but its really upsetting that he is thinking about going alone and now because I have voiced my opinion he won’t even talk to me! Its sad….

Has anyone bought a longboard from the Montreal company Restless Boards?

I’ve been snowboarding for 10 years, and after trying out a longboard at a party last fall I decided I want to get my own board to try and fill the summer snow void. I’m a girly girl and I dislike the graphics most boards have, but I found this site, Restless Boards, that lets you design your own board. Obviously, while the graphics are important to me, the quality of the board is more important, so I was wondering, has anyone bought a board from them? How is the quality? Does it hold up well, last long, and ride well? Any input on the company is appreciated. Thanks!
